Using any essential oil will raise your vibration and to help keep you away from low thoughts, sickness and pain. Some plants and trees are higher than others, but they all work to uplift our frequency. Lavender, for example, vibrates at 118 MHz and Sandalwood at 96 MHz. Peppermint is 78 MHz.
