We are running a Happiness weekend retreat in October on the weekend of 18th to 20th
The Retreat will run from Friday evening to Sunday morning.
Venue: The Abbey Hotel, Redditch.
Price: £330 for Single room occupancy pp
£277 for Sharing a room pp

Price includes:
2 nights. Friday and Saturday
4 meals: Friday 3 Course Dinner. Saturday Breakfast and Dinner. Sunday: Breakfast.
Full use of spa facilities: Swimming pool. Jacuzzi, Steam room, Sauna, Gym
7 Workshops on meditations and mindfulness for happiness.

Itinerary
Friday:

Check-in available from 3pm: Arrive and meet fellow happy campers.
Workshop 1: 5.30-6.30pm Learn how to set daily positive intentions for happiness. Notepad and pen required.
Dinner: 7.30pm
Workshop 2: 9.45pm Meditation/Visualisations for sleep. 30mins (optional )

Saturday:
Workshop 3: Early Morning. 7.30-8.30am Learn and practice meditation/mindfulness. (includes breathing techniques)
Breakfast.
Workshop 4: Afternoon 2pm-3.30pm Learn and practice Visualisations and positive affirmations. Notepad and pen required.
Workshop 5. Evening 6-7pm Learn and practice Qiqong. Intro and prep to Power walking for tomorrow morning.
Dinner. 7:30pm
Workshop 6: 9.45pm Meditation/Visualisations for sleep. 30mins (optional)
Sunday:

Workshop 7. 7.30-8.30: Power walking. Involves Pranayama breathing, practicing gratitude, and setting intentions. Weather permitting, this will be done outside.
Breakfast.
Check out by 11am. Hotel facilities can used for the rest of the day.

All sessions are interactive and are led by Cynthia Ann Richesse famously known as Happy mama. She is an Outstanding Teacher by profession as well as a mindfulness and meditation practitioner. Please feel free to read her biography on the website under 'Happiness coach'
